BLUKASTOR LLC
Effective Date: September 5, 2026
BLUKASTOR LLC (“Blukastor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides these instructions for individuals who want to request deletion of Personal Information associated with their use of Blukastor or the Blukastor Flow platform. These instructions should be read together with the Blukastor Privacy Policy.
1. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your Personal Information, send an email to:
info@blukastor.com
Use a subject line such as: “Data Deletion Request.”
To help us locate and process your request, include, as applicable:
- your full name;
- the email address and/or telephone number used with Blukastor or the relevant service;
- the name of the Blukastor service, Business Customer, or messaging experience involved, if known; and
- a brief description of the information or account you want deleted.
Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information with your request.
2. Identity and Authority Verification
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, confirm that the request relates to you, or verify your authority to act for another person. We use verification information for the purpose of evaluating and fulfilling the request and for related security and compliance purposes.
3. Requests Involving a Blukastor Business Customer
Blukastor Flow may process Personal Information on behalf of a Business Customer or Tenant. If your request concerns information controlled by a Business Customer, we may direct you to that Business Customer, forward or communicate the request to it where appropriate, or assist it in responding, depending on the applicable relationship and law.
Submitting a request to Blukastor does not prevent you from contacting the relevant Business Customer directly using the privacy contact information it provides.
4. What Happens After We Receive a Request
After receiving a deletion request, we will evaluate the request, perform any reasonably necessary verification, identify the information within the scope of the request, and take appropriate deletion or other action consistent with applicable law, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable Business Customer instructions.
Where appropriate, we may contact you for clarification if we cannot reasonably identify the relevant account, conversation, service, or information from the details provided.
5. Information That May Be Retained
A deletion request does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record. We may retain information where reasonably necessary or permitted for purposes such as:
- complying with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or recordkeeping obligations;
- maintaining transaction, payment, refund, commission, or payout records;
- detecting, investigating, or preventing fraud, abuse, security incidents, or unauthorized activity;
- establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims and resolving disputes;
- enforcing applicable agreements;
- maintaining system integrity, audit, security, or backup records for an appropriate period; or
- other purposes for which retention is permitted or required by applicable law.
Information deleted from active systems may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, or other protected records until those records are overwritten, expire, or are otherwise deleted in accordance with applicable retention practices. Information retained under an applicable exception will not be kept merely to continue ordinary use of information that should otherwise have been deleted.
6. Conversations, AI Memory, and User Content
Deletion may affect conversation history, stored context or memory, uploaded files, service history, preferences, and other User Content associated with the request. Because conversational memory supports continuity of service, deleting relevant information may reduce or remove the Platform’s ability to recall prior interactions or personalize future service.
Where information has been aggregated or de-identified so that it is no longer reasonably linked to an identifiable individual, it may not be possible or necessary to associate that information with a deletion request, subject to applicable law.
7. Payment Information
Blukastor currently uses Stripe for payment-related services, including memberships and payments associated with Expert or mentor services. Certain payment or transaction information may therefore also be held by Stripe under its own terms and privacy practices. Blukastor can address information within Blukastor’s control, but a request to Blukastor does not automatically delete information that an independent third-party provider is required or permitted to retain.
Blukastor may retain transaction-related records where necessary for legitimate business records, payments, refunds, fees, commissions, payouts, disputes, tax or accounting obligations, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
8. WhatsApp and Other Third-Party Channels
If you communicated with Blukastor or a Business Customer through WhatsApp or another third-party service, Blukastor can process a deletion request for information within Blukastor’s control or handled by Blukastor on behalf of the relevant Business Customer. Third-party communication providers may separately retain information under their own terms, privacy policies, and legal obligations.
9. Privacy Rights Beyond Deletion
Depending on your location and the context of the processing, you may also have rights to request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or other privacy rights. You may use info@blukastor.com for these requests as described in the Blukastor Privacy Policy.
